AI-powered platform

Made in Australia · Built for global business

ERP integration for any ERP with an APIConnect your ERP to a B2B ordering portal.

Not on Business Central, MYOB Acumatica, NetSuite or SAP Business One? If your ERP has an API, ordern can connect to it. We build the connector during your project, and the rest of the platform works exactly the same.

In shortOther ERPs

Can ordern work with our ERP?

Usually, yes. ordern needs to read products, customer pricing, stock and accounts from your ERP, and write orders back. Most modern ERPs expose these through a REST or SOAP API. In discovery we review your ERP’s API, confirm what it supports, and agree what syncs and how often.

How it worksBuilding a connector

How we build a new ERP connector

  1. API review

We check your ERP’s API for products, pricing, stock, customers, orders and invoices.

  2. Data mapping

We map your price rules, locations and account structure to ordern.

  3. Sync design

We agree what syncs in each direction, how often, and how errors are handled.

  4. Test and launch

We test against a sandbox with real orders before going live.

What we’ll need from you

  • API access and documentation for your ERP
  • A test or sandbox environment
  • A sample of products, prices and customers
  • Someone who knows your pricing rules
QuestionsOther ERPs

Frequently asked questions

Do you have a ready-made connector for Pronto, Epicor or Sage?

Not pre-built. Pre-built connectors exist for Business Central, MYOB Acumatica, NetSuite and SAP Business One. For other ERPs with an API, we build the connector during your project.

What if our ERP has no API?

Some older ERPs support file-based exports or database views instead. We’ll assess whether a reliable connection is possible during discovery and tell you plainly if it isn’t.

Does a custom connector change how ordern works?

No. The trade portal, catalogue tools, AI features and reporting are the same whichever ERP you run.
