GST and GSTINs

GST is calculated in your ERP, and tax invoices, including e-invoices where they apply, continue to come from it. Dealers can provide their GSTIN when they register, and your team approves each account.

ordern is designed to help you meet your obligations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023: you choose the cloud region your data is hosted in, access is role-based, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Frequently asked questions

Can ordern handle large dealer networks?

Yes. Each dealer has their own login, pricing and credit terms from your ERP, and sales teams can order on behalf of dealers.

We use a different ERP. Can ordern still work?

If your ERP has an API, we build the connector during your project. The rest of ordern is the same either way.

Does ordern generate GST invoices?

No. GST invoices continue to come from your ERP. ordern sends orders to the ERP and shows dealers the invoices it produces.
